Appointment Guidelines for Brides

We want you to have an amazing experience when coming into the store to choose your wedding dress. To make sure you get the most from this special encounter, please familiarise yourself with our appointment guidelines for brides:

  • Please refrain from wearing any fake tan/body bronzer/body make-up
  • Nude underwear and a bra with good support are recommended
  • At weekends, please keep your accompanying party limited to three people
  • Appointments typically last for 1 hour
  • No photography/videography of dresses or accessories is permitted
